More and more designers are creating a "pre-fall" collection and lucky for us, it's a sneak peak of what the fall collection will become. Here are a few of my favorites - each collection a burst optimism and color. LOVE Badgley Mischka and Monique Lhuillier's. I would love to wear any of those designs.
