I love petite Nicole Richie's style. Here she is in a simple outfit, but looking stylish - as always. Black peacoat (pop that collar!), cream colored dress with embroidery, black stockings and black shoes. Chic. I also love her braids and painted snowflake on her face. Only Nicole can pull off a painted face and still look sweet.
