If I ever saw this gold dress on a rack, I don't think I would give it a second look. "Too much fringe" would be my immediate reaction (even though fringe is so hot right now...it's gotta be done right). Here, Miss Kate is rocking it like no other and looks gorg. She definitely knows her style and what looks good on her. :)
