I love this dress on Miley Cyrus. The Herve Leger sexy mini is embellished with beads and sequins for extra glamor. I also love how she accessorizes the dress with thick bracelets to show off her rocker edge. I would have opted without the rings since she has enough bling, but hey, she still looks gorgeous. Love the exposed zipper in the back too - so trendy.
